About Me

I’m a graphic designer who blends trend-driven creativity with a strong brand voice to help clients stand out. With over a decade of experience, I’ve built a successful career in the beverage industry, allowing me to refine my skills in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling.

My passion for design took off at my hometown newspaper, where I worked my way up from the ad department to the layout room designing full-page features. While earning my Political Journalism degree at Pitzer College, I continued honing my skills in Adobe, website development, and freelance projects. Ultimately, Journalism taught me to be observant, endlessly curious, and deeply engaged with my community—qualities that now inform my design work.

Photography started as a hobby but quickly became an essential part of my career. The need for versatility in my career pushed me to develop my skills behind the camera, leading me to capture performances on stage at popular concerts and world-renowned beer festivals. I’ve had the privilege of being a photographer for the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Festival for several years, among others.

Beyond design, I’m dedicated to giving back. Whether serving on nonprofit boards and committees, volunteering at the animal shelter, or helping organize community events, I believe in using my skills to make a difference.

Member, Pink Boots Society, Los Angeles Chapter

Active Committee Member for the Los Angeles Chapter of Pink Boots Society, having led social media marketing campaigns to promote chapter meetings, meetups, field trips, and the annual Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day.
Played a pivotal role as the marketing lead for the inaugural CollabBrew Fest in 2023, successfully showcasing over 20 local breweries and their Collaboration Brew Day beers.
Continue to maintain active membership, offering assistance and mentorship to support chapter initiatives and fellow members.

Echo Park Rising

Logistics Coordinator for Echo Park Rising

Oversaw logistics for this community-focused music festival, including vendor management, scheduling and on-site coordination to ensure seamless event execution.
Directed volunteer recruitment and supervision, successfully mobilizing teams to support event operations.
Spearheaded marketing and community engagement initiatives, driving increased attendance and enhancing festival visibility.
Fostered relationships with local businesses and stakeholders, contributing to the festival’s ongoing success and community impact.
Primary photographer capturing the most important moments over multiple days of the festival and at multiple venues.

Organizer, Crawl for Nepal Fundraiser

Led the planning and execution of a large-scale fundraiser benefiting victims of the 2015 Nepal Earthquake.
Coordinated participation from 33+ breweries and restaurant locations across Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Developed and managed graphic design, social media campaigns, and press relations to maximize outreach and engagement.
Leveraged industry connections to secure direct beer donations for participating venues, reducing costs and increasing fundraising impact.
Successfully raised over $15,000 in donations, which were directed to GlobalGiving for disaster relief efforts.

Committee Chair, Echo Park Community Parade

As the Chair of the Echo Park Community Parade Committee, I successfully led a multifaceted team and executed a dynamic event that embraced modern, technology-driven methods to streamline organization and operations. I introduced innovative systems to enhance communication, scheduling, and coordination, which resulted in seamless management of over 15 day-of volunteers. My efforts extended to securing critical sponsorships, raising the necessary funds to bring the parade to life. I also spearheaded the design and creation of visually engaging promotional materials that resonated with the community, driving engagement and excitement.

Through focused community outreach, I fostered a deep connection with local stakeholders, ensuring the parade was a true reflection of Echo Park’s vibrant spirit.
